Business Owner/Key Employee Mentoring/Accountability Program
Business Owner/Key Employee Mentoring/Accountability Package
We will quick start your mentoring program with an initial 3 days Discovery & Design session. This meeting can be held in person or on the phone meeting, depending on location and preference. In this session we will review your business plan and actions required to achieve your business objectives. We will address any questions you have about running a small business. It is your business and we will mutually design a mentoring program that is customized to your needs.
We will agree on an initial 90 days action plan and then set a weekly schedule for a 4 sessions per month. These sessions are typically done in your premises.
In addition to our regularly scheduled sessions you will receive unlimited email support to answer any immediate questions for your business.
