Founder, Ashraf ElMasry

As the founding member of the MaxPro for Consultancy LLC, Ashraf ElMasry oversees a broad range of the consulting services we provide to Egypt and Middle East community.

Ashraf attended the State University of Ain Shams University in Egypt and received an MBA from Rochvielle University in USA and a combined MBA/PHD from Aberdeen International University, USA. The education and skills he acquired provide the necessary leadership and know-how required to provide support for businesses requiring expertise.

Ashraf ElMasry with his extensive experiences in Ernst & Young Middle East, BDO Int’l and Momen Group and has been advising small and mid-sized business on how to be successful for over 25 years. Since 2013, MaxPro for Consultancy LLC has been providing business consulting services throughout its offices in Cairo, Egypt. Our firm has earned a reputation for providing sound business advice and solutions, and the results of our clients is our Report Card. We are in-tune with the ever-changing business environment and pay close attention to the impact of certain trends on large and small business.

With over 25 years of experience in managing Audit, Compliance and all major areas of the Finance, Business Management, Board of Directors and special Committees, Merge & Acquisitions, Ashraf has the first-hand knowledge and experience to provide MaxPro for Consultancy LLC with a clear understanding of the needs of small & mid-sized businesses. He also has participated in the design and implementation of enterprise ERP systems in retail, FMCG and retail-related businesses. He also has directed the design and implementation of Corporate Governance of a Group of companies in the fields of FMCG and Construction. Ashraf has been in charge for several Due Diligence assignments in Egypt and region in diversities of business. 

When dealing with the needs of small and mid-sized businesses, Ashraf takes a hands-on, process oriented approach. He provides the key element to MaxPro for Consultancy LLC’s guiding principle to major enterprise changes. His approach is to guide all change with the use of sound business processes and diligent focus on the specific business’ strategy with audits and controls that measure success.
